Choral Blend v4

From our original blend back in 2010, Choral has always been selective about the varietals she includes in the final blend. Plus Barbera is her favorite varietal!

This is our 4th release of The Choral Blend, which features 50% Barbera, 30% Zinfandel, 20% Merlot.

Aromas of rich black cherry, blackberry and dried strawberry, sweet vanilla custard and cocoa. On the palate, raspberry jam, cranberry and spice, finishing with a bright acidity and soft, lingering tannins.

30% Medium and Medium Plus Toast American oak 12-36 months.

While Choral usually works behind the scenes at Jeremy Wine Co, every once in a while she finds a few barrels in the cellar that are just special enough to carry her name.
