SHIPPING
All wine club members, customers, and/or recipients must be 21 years of age or older.
We ship via UPS Ground with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO, and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. We strongly recommend providing a business address for shipments if you are unavailable to sign for deliveries at home during the day.
If you are unable to sign for your package on any of the three delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to Jeremy Wine Co. You have the option to pick up the package at our tasting room or have it reshipped for an additional shipping fee.**
We cannot ship wine when temperatures exceed 85°F or drop below 30°F. Regional routes and transit conditions are beyond our control. At our discretion, we will delay shipments during periods of extreme temperatures and ship when conditions stabilize. We do not offer refunds for wine damaged during transit due to extreme weather conditions.
Damaged bottles may be replaced for an additional shipping fee, provided the damaged bottle is returned to us. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred due to refused, missed, or reshipped deliveries.
If you are a ship-to member and would prefer to pick up your selection at the tasting room, please update your wine club membership under account settings, or contact us via phone or email at least two weeks before the scheduled ship date.
**Additional UPS charges apply for change-of-address or package reroute requests made after a shipment has occurred. Fees include: $12 for address changes, $18 for returned packages, and $12 for delivery intercepts. It is the member’s responsibility to inform Jeremy Wine Co. of any address changes before shipping occurs.
CANCELLATION
Memberships may be canceled at any time with written notice after the first shipment, without further obligation, except for wine shipments billed or shipped prior to receipt of the cancellation notice by Jeremy Wine Co. All billed selections are non-refundable.

SALES, PROMOTIONAL PRICING AND WEBSITE ERRORS
Promotional pricing is available only on new orders placed during the promotional period and cannot be combined with other offers. Some items may be excluded, and all promotions are subject to product availability. Jeremy Wine Co. reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on its website or promotional materials, including pricing and availability, without prior notice, even after orders have been placed.
MISCELLANEOUS
Jeremy Wine Co. ships only to locations where it is legally permitted in the contiguous U.S. We currently ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.
Club releases not picked up within 60 days are subject to substitution and may be shipped to you at your expense. Sales tax and, if applicable, shipping charges will be calculated and charged separately.
Wine club pricing is subject to change. Releases are pre-selected and billed the week prior to the month of release. Shipments are sent the following week, and notifications are sent via email.
All Jeremy Wine Co. wine clubs are separate and cannot be combined with other clubs or promotions.
Jeremy Wine Co. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of our wine clubs, promotions, and offerings at any time without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in pricing, product availability, membership benefits, shipping policies, and promotional terms. Any modifications will be communicated through our website, email, or other official channels, and will apply to all members and participants moving forward. By continuing your membership or participation after such updates, you agree to the revised terms.
ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA, AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation regarding the legal rights of individuals to ship or import wine into any state outside of California. The buyer assumes full responsibility for shipments of wine. By placing an order, you authorize us to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to the specified destination.
WINE MAY ONLY BE SOLD TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. BY PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU AND THE RECIPIENT ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY.
