All wine club members, customers, and/or recipients must be 21 years of age or older.
We ship UPS Ground with an estimate of 5-7 business days for delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box APO/FPO, and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. We strongly suggest you provide a business address for shipments if you are away from home during the day.
If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the 3 delivery attempts, UPS will return your package to Jeremy Wine Co. You have the option to have your package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional shipping fee**.
We cannot ship in above 85 degrees or below 30 degrees, we cannot control what regional routes are taken and through what temperatures. If given discretion, we will not ship when there are hot or cold waves in large portions of the country. We will ship in a reasonable time period when extreme temperatures subside. We DO NOT REFUND for wine that is damaged due to extreme heat or cold weather in transit.
We will replace bottles for an additional shipping charge if the damaged bottle is returned. Any shipping costs incurred for; refused, missed or reshipped wines are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are currently a ship-to member and prefer to pick up your selection at the tasting room, update your wine club membership, under account settings, call, or email us two weeks before the ship date.
**Additional UPS charges will be required, when change-in-address or package re-route requests are received by Jeremy Wine Co. after shipments have occurred: $12 change of address; $18 returned package; $12 delivery intercept fee. It is the responsibility of the member to notify Jeremy Wine Co. of any address changes before wine is shipped.
Memberships may be canceled at any time with written notice after the first shipment without further obligation, except for wine shipments billed or shipped prior to receipt of notice by Jeremy Wine Co. All selections that have been billed are non-refundable.
Cancelations can be requested via email (email@example.com).
Jeremy Wine Co. will only ship where it is not prohibited by law and permitted in the contiguous U.S.. We currently can ship to: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NV, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.
Club releases not picked up within 60 days are subject to substitution and may be shipped to you at your expense. Sales tax and, if applicable, shipping charges are calculated and charged separately.
Wine club pricing is subject to vary. Releases are pre-selected and billed the week prior to the month of the release. Shipments are sent out the week following processing; notifications are sent via email.
All Jeremy Wine Co. wine clubs are separate and cannot be combined with other Clubs offered.
ALL WINES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order where you want it to be delivered. WINES MAY ONLY BE SOLD TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THAT THE PERSON TO WHOM THE WINE WILL BE DELIVERED IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD.
